I didn't receive an order confirmation email, did my order go through?
As long as you have received an order number as part of your checkout then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.
Please allow 5-7 business days for all orders to be processed. Typically all orders will be sent out on the Friday of the week they were ordered.
Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days within the U.S. or 7 - 21 business days Internationally for your order to be delivered.
Additionally, please be aware tracking is only applied to orders that exceed a specific weight. (ie. apparel and larger accessories)
Tracking is available at checkout for an additional price for orders that do not meet the automated fulfillment weight.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
I ordered from your online shop and need an exchange/refund/return?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.
